    That one may have been cleaned at some point long ago, but them how many William III silver coins have not been? Great coin!

    It has a few light hairlines. I'm sure it was cleaned a long time ago.

    Good Quality William III silver not dated 1696/7, is not always easy to find.

    I spend a while searching for a 1700 sixpence in a condition like your shilling, but after only ever coming across GF specimens, i gave up.

    So i can truly appreciate what you've got there! Awesome coin, totally my period... image
