I would give them a reasonable amount of time to respond (i.e. 10 days or so) and then apply for a fee credit from Ebay. Were the terms in the auction clear as to where you would ship to (if it was your auction)? I might also consider offering the coin to the next highest bidder for the same price. Ebay has the second chance offer feature, although a lot of people are skeptical of it due to some of the fraud that has taken place.

You can cancel their bid. Also I think you can set up your selling prefs to only ship within USA.

Shipping to poland is just like any other country. A regular size and weight letter costs 85 cents.

    "Link O Rama" is broken.

Also, the auction does state you will ship "worldwide".

Shipping to Poland can not be insured for over $40.45, and only if sent Registered Mail @ $7.50 plus weight. Don't just send in an envelope. I would only ship in a chipboard security box wrapped to heck with reinforced paper fiber tape.

I think you'll need to learn about shipping International since your auction states Worldwide. You are open to charge more since you specified the $3.95 was for US only.

From the short history the person appears legitimate. Bought other coins from non-shill companies.....

So figure out fair shipping costs, pick up a customs for at the PO, and let the seller know what to pay.
