Canadian 1 cent with DOT?

Haven't posted here for awhile. Question? Is the Canadian 1 cent 1932 or 1936 with the DOT on the reverse a key coin? Thought I read in one of the coin magazines last month that it was? Thanks

No. We are talking about a very small dot below the date.

What you speak of is on all George V small cents.
