Topps Stars and Steel Holographics How rare are they??

I picked up a few of the 1999 Topps Stars N Steel Holographic cards of Jeter and Griffey. Anyone know how rare they are?? Checked out ebay and there haven't been any on there in eons!!

But the Griffey I recieved is absolutely magnificent!! It's so think and has a gold refractor finish on the front and back!
