    THEY ARE NOT THE SAME COIN!!! PCGS uses the same serial numbers for series of sample slabs. They have the same serial number but are NOT the same coin!
    Take a look at the plastic rings in the slabs surrounding the coins. You can tell from the imperfections in the plastic that they are two individual sample slabs. image

    You know, I must say that after looking at so many slabs and then looking at the pic of the two together, it is strange to see two slabs with identical serial numbers! image
