PSA corrections on flips

I just got my grades back from my latest submission, and from the grades posted, they put the wrong card title on the flip. I had sent in a 1951 Connie Mack AllStars Connie Mack (red and yellow diecut) and the flip (at least on the posted grades) says Connie Mack Book (which were sort of a black and white sepia card). Kind of hard to get the two confused. Do I have to pay to get it regraded? Do they issue a free submission coupon since I have to pay the postage to send it in again also?

    You don't have to pay to get it regraded - they'll fix their error for free. When this has happened to me, I sent it back to them on my dime, and they paid return shipping. But - you might want to call Customer Service and see what they will do for you.
