Anyone Seeing Delays in Getting Orders Logged In?

My submission was received at PSA on 5/2 but it hasn't been logged in on the status check yet. Customer service response is they're behind schedule with logging in orders. Seems like a long delay. Anyone else seeing this?

No problems here. 11 days from time I dropped off at Fed/Ex to the time I received them back, including weekends.

I'm REALLY hoping to have the grades back today...today is day 5.... I also paid for 2 day FedEx return (my own account) to get them back to me in time for Tri Star next weekend. I have my fingers...and toes, crossed!

I mailed a '60s submission off on 4/29, received 5/2, logged 5/10. I'm not expecting them anytime soon.

If those delays happen to me I will freak out. I am not a patient guy. Just sent in my modern set registry special for 58 cards. I have only made two other submissions and they were both graded within a week.
