I had to do it - I paid above SMR but this is the nicest Griese I have personally seen - and I have been looking for a nice example for several years. On top of that, I bought it from my favorite dealer

The card looks to have nearly perfect centering.

Thanks wolfy. it is by the far the best centered Griese I have seen. I had to sell my PSA 9 Clemens Fleer update rookie to get it - but it was well worth it.

I thought about it myself..But in the end, the price was a tad too steep. I previously had a PSA 9 Griese RC which I sold (for 1K) after deciding that my current PSA 8 was nicer. And the Greise that Greg just picked up is even better than my PSA 8. Maybe a candidate for a re-submit...

Don't you just love getting a card in a PSA 8 and thinking to yourself this could be a 9, but I don't really care. I like the card whether it be an 8 or 9.
