  • Maybe I'm reading (Coin Lore) it wrong but, the article has a table (no pun intended) of spoon values, on the secondary market, of all the spoons sold. I cannot believe the value of the North Carolina!!! image

I may have to be nicer to my in-law!!!

These spoons are probably made out of pot metal!

  • Do you suppose they will make a nice slab for them when they are sent in to be graded? Just kidding.

    I read that too.
    Good for you!

The key to the article though is when it says that you need to find buyers at that price. They said a spoon that sells in one shop/region for $40 may bring $400 somewhere else (actual numbers they quoted are different, but that is the gist).

Still amazing as you never know which thing will be hot next.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
