    That depends on how nice the coin is. I would pay $50 for a really nice 1913 if it was fully red with amazing luster.

    Aethelred, you would be very lucky to be able to buy a BU full lustre for $50. If you can, then I suggest you get it ASAP. Spink values 1913 at £45 in such a condition.

    This coin certainly doesn't rate BU full lustre, but $50 is not out of line for this date nowadays. I had it on my watch list, but failed to act on it.

  • My older says $35 in "unc." that means i think you got a great deal....I judge what a coin is worth by how much i want it and what i want it for...if you like it for your collection...i think you did great...sure looks like a nice one to me!!!!!image
