WTF! Pop report shows 83 total PSA 10's for 1990 Fleer Basketball. This is confusing since they also show 618 PSA 10 Jordans (card #26).

Edited to add: The problem is, there are a lot of commons that haven't even been graded yet. And those semi-stars and commons that have been gaded only have a few examples. Many of them have less than five.

Here are the numbers for the 90/91 Fleer Jordan....

A total of 8,267 have been submitted. 618 PSA 10's!

The pop report lists the Rookie Sensations in with the regular set. The numbering is off. If you extrapolate the Jordan numbers and other stars, there'd be thousands (tens of thousands) of potential 10's out there for every player. I don't think any of the cards ever had any big centering or condition issues.
