Just picked up a little batch of Large cents and noticed the rotated reverse on the 1854.
Is this common for Large cents?

I don't know if it's common for the series but they do commend a premium in the later IHC,Wheaties and Memorials for pennies.....heck, almost any coin that has a rotated rev is/has a small premium, just depends on the series.

    Awesome coin by the way!

It isn't too unusual on the early dates, but by the time you get to the late dates such as yours they are much less common.

1854 is the most common date for for the later large cents with rotated dies but they are usually only rotated 45°-75° which does not carry much of a premium. You can almost always find one for sale on ebay when you do a search for rotated die coins.
