    I've thought long and hard about this. I think it would be, a different design.

    I would look for the same thing I look for in any Classic Commem, outstanding luster.
    I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.

    full strike in the middle of the coin along with good lustre and also rainbow color around the riums

    this in my opinion does not exist so i would settle for flashy lustre and aboive average strike as with great color but no lustre a dead vcoin it is a crappy coin in my opinion
