Anyone have any extra info on these cards?
How rare they are?
what price- range does a mid grade card go for?
were they printed early in the year or in the second part of the year?
were they being distributed when the U.S got involved in WWII ?
here its a picture, i had never seen them before and i thought they were pretty cool, I think they come in at least yellow, green and blue?
any other colors?
are all the backs blank?

I checked the checklist for the set and could only find a couple of HOF, Are you sure that the cards are rare or its this the case where the set just doesnt have much demand?

Legacysports has about 5 or 6 of them on the bay right now and i was thinking of maybe trying to get one.
I actually found them while looking for some 41 playballs.
I just started collecting a nice midgrade diamond stars set and have become very interested in baseball cards from this era.
cards from the 30's and 40's are just so full of color and interesting characters and cool poses.
Its like second wave of classic designs, after all the great t- cards and e -cards from the begginning of the century the teens and twenties really didnt see too many baseball sets that could be considered atracttive.
besides the 33 and 34 goudeys some of these cards can be had somewhat cheap in psa 3-6.
