Going to Toronto..anything going on?

Ill be in Toronto between June 6th--10th. Are there any card shops or shows that I can attend while there, I havnt been to Toronto since I was a kid and would love to pick up some nice hockey vintage while there. Also any Hockey games being played like minor league or juniors? Id like to see some hockey! I am visiting the Hockey Hall of Fame, that is the purpose of the trip - Ive never been there.

Do I need a Passport to get into Canada?

Thanks
Patrick.

    You don't need a passport.

When I was there in September I went to Fastball Sportscards on Yonge Street. It was alright.. Huge store some nice old Mantles.. other neat stuff like old tickets and programs.. Lots of hockey but the prices were insane I left empty handed.

Go to the Hockey Hall of Fame of course.. go to Gretzky's for a beer but not the food.. go to corus for breakfast it's incredible (just up a block from Gretzky's)..

Better check the Passport thing. With the new government rules, passports might now be required.

Edited to add - Passports might be required to get back in the US.

I don't think having to have a pasport to go to and from Canada will take effect untill 2006.

Yeah.. you don't need a passport.. Found this on one of your .gov sites..

Current Requirements for Entry Into Canada

Visas are not required for U.S. citizens entering Canada from the U.S. You will, however, need:

    1. Proof of your U.S. citizenship such as your U.S. passport (For information on obtaining a U.S. passport, check with one of the regional passport agencies located throughout the U.S.) OR certified copy of your birth certificate issued by the city, county or state in the U.S. where you were born. If you are a naturalized U.S. citizen and do not have a passport, you should travel with your naturalization certificate. A driver’s license or Social Security card is NOT valid proof of citizenship.

    2. Photo identification, such as a current, valid driver’s license.
