Open Apology to DSL

There have been many posts on DSL and the grades that he receives on his cards. Who knows if he bought them already graded or not? Anyways, I just received a 67 PSA 8 baseball common that I had won from him and it easily could be an 9, so for my previous rips on DSL for some of his 9s I apologize.

I have only posted a couple of times here but felt the need to agree. I won a 1961 Clemente PSA 7 for the opening bid of $84.99. I received the card quickly and it is beautiful. A similar card sold for $127.00 and mine is nicer. DSL was shown no favortism if they sent this one in. I am thrilled!

No question, of the bazillion cards that DSL sends to PSA each week, almost all of them are fairly graded. I buy a lot from Irvine, CA, and almost all of my purchases have been properly graded. If you buy from DSL or 4SC, the odds are pretty good that you'll miss the overgraded examples that creep into their 1,000-card submissions.

You're right that its mostly the bad experiences that get posted here, so it's nice to see some positive testimonials.

I have many PSA cards in my 72 Topps collection that came from DSL. They are a first class operation, quick with the feedback and shipping.

..........I do have one complaint and I have read same complaint on other threads in this forum.

They need to take PayPal or credit cards............

there is no question in my mind that all his cards will look good after drinking 50 gallons of faygo orange pop.......

I just bought a card from them a few days ago and that would have to be my only complaint so far too. Looks to be a very nice card.

They run a nice operation - I would agree though, that they should take PayPal. For the volume they do, you would think it would be worth it to them...

Wow....should be called the DSL a.ss kissing thread. Well I've purchased awhile back from them and I was not satisfied with the cards as they looked way overgraded. Either way, I wouldn't buy from them.

Not to browbeat the poster, but that thread from before wasn't really ripping DSL - it was ripping PSA for so-called "favoritism." The apology should really go to PSA.

Maybe the original post was not intended to, but I did take a shot at them and felt that I should just let everyone know that what I received from them was fine if not better than fine and I am not trying to kiss anyone's @$$. I do not need to do that. Just felt that maybe my knock on DSL should be recended.
