Need help on W517 Babe Ruth #20

I am going to go look at a lot of baseball cards tomorrow that includes a 1931 W517 Babe Ruth #20. Unfortunately, this set is not included in the PSA price guide. Does anyone have past records of what this card has sold for in the past? Any help would be appreciated.

    im not sure that PSA grades this issue.

    Isnt this a strip card?

    they recently started grading some hand cut cards..maybe they now grade it?

    I have no idea about the price, maybe a cool grand in low grade?

    Thank you very much. I believe PSA grades them as there are a couple listed in the pop report.
