BJ told me, last year, that she always opens them the first of the year, then she decided to open it in December, I think.
So, it's going to be a while, yet.

This thread was started over 2 weeks ago. I am just giving information regarding the coin the thread was about. I am not selling this coin. I do not know who is selling this coin. There is nothing here other than information.

I'll bet this coin sells for over $2,000.

  • If it doe's it just goes to show that the old saying is true "A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED" If the roll coins are this good then the mint sets should be terrific.

I'd be surprised if it sells at all. Seller with limited history, no reverse image, private auction. Too many negative factors.

Reality check... now you may know for a roll quarter not to be sold at auction for over $1500 is being just a tad greedy. JMHO

No matter if the seller is one of us or not, he, she or it has lost their best chance at making a tidy profit all because of Greed.

Let me put it another way. If I "make" a PCGS 69 clad quarter I'd be more than happy with $1500. The more time goes by, statistics and probabilities would have it that in all likelihood more will be made. Geeez !image
