Paypal Class Action - any news?

Remeber the paypal class action settlement that went down a few months ago? I was wondering if anyone else who sent in a claim has heard anything back. It seems like this was just completely forgotten about,

    The Lawyers got paid. a dollar three eighty is left and they are sending out the checks as we speak.

    I filled out a claim form too. I have not looked for updated information yet, but they are warning claimants to be weary of emails requesting account information in order to transfer the funds.

    I will let you know what the update is and get back to you.

    Always check the links on www.paypalsucks.com for more information regarding the class action lawsuit. All other sites might be possible scams.

    Here is what I learned:

    The Claims Administrator is completing its evaluation of all valid claims and supporting documents submitted in accordance with the Plan of Allocation as approved by the Court. Therefore, settlement payments have not yet gone out. We expect statutory claims to be paid by June 1, 2005, and we expect short form and long form claims to be paid by August 1, 2005.



    So, payment is coming soon after all. Just hang in there.
