How is this Mays rookie not OC?

Not trying to plug a certain other Mays rookie also on the block (cough), but I noticed this other PSA 5 Mays rookie on eBay. Isn't it very nearly miscut? How is it not OC? Wouldn't it have to be a 7 in other respects in order to get a PSA 5 NQ?

I dont know about the 7 in other respects?? I think you are getting the -2 grades from the registry into the grading. It just has to meet the standards for a 5... It doesn't look like it from the scan. 85/15 centering on front 90/10 back????

On a side note: Do you think your Mays will go for over SMR.
