PSA 10's and Toning on Cards

Take a look at this auction:
PSA 10
Personally, I think it is a great looking card; well centered with great coloring and registration. However, there appears to be toning on the left side of this card (this is somewhat common on this issue) that I would have thought would preclude it from attaining a Gem Mint grade. My own opinion is that toned cards should be able to attain fairly high grades, but partial toning would have prevented it from getting a PSA 10. Was curious what others thought. Incidentally, a 1/1 PSA 9 from this same seller sold for the same amount today.
I do realize that there is non-sports forum (actually, I just found it today - PSA should link from their site); however, it doesn't appear to be getting much traffic so I figured I would post this one here. Besides, the topic is applicable to sports cards as well.

<< <i>The bottom line is that there are times when a PSA grader must make a call on a card that falls on the line between two grades and that final determination is made based on experience, eye-appeal and market acceptability. >>

I think this question comes up from time to time and I don't think there will ever be a clear cut answer. But, in the world of vintage cards, the excerpt that I pulled from the grading standards may leave the grader a little latitude in providing a grade.
For this particular card/year/brand - this may just be about as close to perfection as one is going to find in the eye of the grader that day?
And, BTW, she looks pretty hot "10" to me!
