    May I suggest metering your white balance? The slab should be white... since it is pink, it is clear that the balance is off. If you can fix it, the colors will come out much more accurately. Otherwise, very nice shot... looks like it needs a tad more light to bring out a bit more lustre.

    Like Jeremy suggested, play around with your white balance settings. Sometimes I can actually get lucky and end up with a decent pic that way image It'd be nice if I could get good results all the time image
