A couple of questions for you planning the summer show vacation.
1. Who is going to the National?
2. What are you looking for while you are there?
3. What do you primarily collect.
I collect golf (I know big suprise on that one) I am hoping to find a nice and reasonable sport kings Hagen, Jones, Sarazen, or US Carmel Jones. If I find any British Tobacco issues in nice shape it will be strictly a bonus.
I am hoping to meet some fellow board members and particulary anyone else who collects golf!

My 1934 Goudey Set
I only get paid when I work and my assignment might be finishing up in the coming months. So, I'll wait and see if I'm out of work before I commit to Chicago. I figure that I can always sleep in the back seat of Castaldi's car if I can't get a hotel!

Wouldn't miss it for the world.
In previous years PSA has held a luncheon
during the National, usually on Friday, for set registry participants.
Hopefully they'll have one again this year. Great place to meet fellow collectors.
Just be sure to arrive early.
Last year I arrived late and KingKellogg had already finished off all the free beer.
"How about a little fire Scarecrow ?"

I got to the registry lunch early and the King had still polished off all the beer. Showing up on time would've done you no good.
I think the only thing we can do this year is launch a false rumour about a warehouse find of '81 K Kards (especially Winfield without the slice in it that he's on a futile search for) that just walked into the show, and then hide the keg from him.
Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's
You guys are killin' me....
