Quick question.. Will PSA/DNA show the 'date shipped' in their submission status feature?

I expect 'Grades Posted' to stay as 'No Date Specified' since this isn't a grading submission just authenticating.. I was just wondering if they'll post the date shipped?

I phoned customer service and asked if I could check my PSA/DNA order on psacard.com's submission status and I got:

"uhhhhh.. uhhh.. dead air.. uhhh. no because it's a DNA order not a PSA order."
Me: oh well I just got in with my submission # and zip..
"oh really? uhhh.. dead air 20 seconds.. uhhhh"
Me: It shows the date received but just says No Date Specified for date shipped, will this be updated once my submission has been updated?
"ummm, uhhh, uhhh no.."
Me: Can you tell me if it has been shipped back to me yet?
"uhhh, well it was received on the 2nd.. hmmmmm uhhh DNA is really busy right now and there's uhhh, uhhh, no guaranteed turn around time so it could take uhhh, 20 more days"
Me: okay...... I guess that's it then thanks.
