I've been scammed

Hi,

On the 25th of April I bought two shirts off ebay from BarginsAvenue As you can see It looks like he ripped off alot people. I paid him by paypal and and filed a claim with paypal today. Will they always give you your money back once the seller is kicked off?

    Baggy, I believe Paypal is independent of eBay in this respect. You can have a Paypal account without being an eBay member, so it would stand to reason that it would not matter whether he is NARU on eBay or not. You should get your money back. Good luck on this.

    Baggypants, did you receive the shirts? if not, you'll get your money back without a problem. If you received something, ANYTHING, it's a lot murkier.

    Baggy. If he cannot prove he sent the shirts and there is money available for paypal to take from him you can get a refund.
