Why is this listing private? It makes me assume something is wrong. Also, it doesn't say "unsearched" so should I assume he is just being "honest" and is admitting he did search them? Am I paranoid? AUCTION LINK

I think you're being paranoid here. He has spotless feedback and even puts his business card in every pic so you know he owns them and isn't stealing the pic from another auction. Pretty smart move.

I don't know - I can't imagine why anyone would use a private auction if they didn't have to...it just raises too many questions about the legitimate nature of the item being sold.
