Credit card doesn't have enough room.

(beginning of the month, bunch of bills got slapped on the credit card right when PSA/DNA received my submission) I made a payment quickly online but it doesn't actually go through for a few days..

What happens when PSA tries to charge your credit card but it won't go through due to your card not having enough room? Will they phone you or do they just send your stuff back to you?

hey knuckles. i believe they try one more time ,next day. after that well .if you made payment should be ok.only a novice here but a senior in earth years.on another note,with no hockey this year and many not selling how does one finish a 1971/72 topps set.only need about 20 cards , mostly commons.seems very hard to find.pleanty of opc though.
