Can't find "review" service on PSA web site!?

Does anyone know where on PSA's website is the link for their "review" service. I have a card they graded that has me baffled as to why they graded it that way, and I'd like to have the card regraded. But a search on PSA's web site proved fruitless as far as finding out how to go about this.

Alternatively, I could crack the case and submit for regrading, but I've never cracked before and would hate to damage the card. I was thinking about practicing first on a less valuable card (a 1965 PSA 6 baseball card).

Any advice on either of these?

I have the same question, kind of. Can you submit a PSA 9 o/c under the "crossover" service say with the min grade of 8?

I didn't know that PSA had a review service. Especially for already graded cards.

As for submitting for regrade, if you put a minimum of 8 in the grade column, the card won't be reholdered unless it meets that min grade. You'll pay for the review and get your card back in a holder.

Give $10. to a homeless guy, your card is accurately graded.

Same result as sending in for review, less aggravation. If you really think it is off, crack and submit.
