I do not know if they are still available,but have you tried the USPS store.usually they are still available for months after issue.they will cost you issue price plus $1.00 shipping which has always been priority mail.
that is where I got mine when they first came out.always order several other sheets to use as postage which helps cut down price per stamp caused by postage.
