Trying to get more info on these Franchise Figures

This week there are two auctions up for a card that does not appear too often, the Topps Franchise Figures card with Robinson, Klu, Perez, Morgan and Bench. Neither card has the Topps Hologram sticker on the back. The first auction is from a seller with great feedback the other is with 1 feedback. I would guess it is a copy and past job but the photos are not identical, very close. Anyone have any ideas about these and in particular why no sticker on the back?

    A quick note to seller 2 requesting more information and the card is no longer for sale. Item 1 is going strong and I am sure now that seller 2 was a copycat.
