The last coin they sold was also an 1884-S but in MS61. Same Coin World holder but different numbers.
Is there such a grading company out there?

I'm amazed that someone has not caught on to who this is selling the coin! He was here in the past asking about holders and labels in the USD Coin Forum- same guy who tried to sell this to me as a 64 grade with lousy pics from another web site. can't remember the name - but the coin is definitely the same one I saw.
