PSA Population Report...Question?

What does the "Q" stand for in the population report (8, 8q, 9, 9Q)? I didn't see a reference chart anywhere but maybe I'm looking to hard.

I received a Gem Mint 10 on a 1985 Montana/Marino Leaders card. SMR $450....awesome! I busted a box of '85 Topps and got several good grades.

Any card with a qualifier (miscut MC, MK mark, ST stain OC, etc....)

Congrats on the grades! I've submitted several '85 Topps football and have been less than pleased. A few nines, but nary a 10. Good work.
