What would you do?

Submitted to PSA: 2 - 1980 Rickey Henderson RC

One is nice, but the other is pristine. Thought it had a shot at a 10!!

Both came back PSA 8. Still can't find any flaws on the pristine one.

I can now see a difference between a high-end 8 and a regular one.

Should I crack and resubmit?? Very happy with the lower end one.

Any help appreciated?

Is the difference in value between the 8 and the 9 worth the extra grading fee and shipping fees? Of course it is, if you are that confident that the card is at least an 9 then go for it, but make sure you crack it out before resubmitting, and try to send it in with some other cards of the same vintage. The last thing you want to do is send it in with a bunch of perfect modern cards and have the Henderson lookk like the "runt". Good luck with it.

As I was about to scan both cards, I found a small surface bubble on my pristine one.
Darn, the grade was probably a fair one.
