Hard to say, but the right edge and bottom look both rough and the bottom looks chippy.

For whatever reason, PSA is somewhat lenient on border chipping on this issue. As long as the corners are razor and black, some border chipping will be forgiven. This may even qualify as "fuzz" which PSA does tend to disregard as well. As said a jillion times before, "buy the card......"

The chipping does not bother me, at least that edge probably has not been trimmed. But the surface is awful.
