New gallery of my Vatican City collection

VATICAN CITY GALLERY

The above link will take the interested visitor to my budding collection of Vatican City coins. I don't have many coins to look at yet, but then I only started this on 08 April when I ordered my first two coins. I have decided that, at least for now, I am only going to collect coins issued by Vatican City, so there will not be anything dated before 1929 in this set. At this point I am also only interested in silver coins, although there are some base metal and gold goins that I really like the designs on, so the silver limitation may change at some point in the future.

Hope you enjoy!image

This one is just great. The design and layout, the papal photos, the pic of St. Peter's Basilica ... fantastic. Not to mention the great coins. That's quite an accomplishment in such a short time. Well done !!! image

I had no idea Pope John XXIII's body was moved image

Great start. I have a 1940 mint set. Consider other coins... the designs are excellent and the coins fairly inexpensive.
