Bushmaster8: When you have a spare moment, how about a photo or two of your Franklin? Also, what do you speculate caused it to look the way it did?

Looks very unusual. Rims are all there but the coin
looks worn to AG. I think its some king of error.
Struck through? Capped die? Either that or damaged,
post mint.
