Is This 1887-s a VAM 4 RPD "Hot 50"?

I just received this coin today and it looks like a VAM 4 RPD to me. I had trouble getting a good picture of the coin, but any opinions will be appreciated. Also does it look like the coin has some pcv on it?

Here is a descrription from the VAM book: Doubled 1 and 7 in date. The 1 is doubled at top left as two curved lines well away from 1. The 7 has a dot and short vertical line to left of top left serif. Liberty head profile slightly doubled. Date set further left than normal.

Here's a link to a Heritage auction for a ANACS VAM 4LinkI think you have to be logged in to use the heritage auction archives. I found the auction by searching for 1887-s vam.

Thanks,
Charlie
