Harvey loves Proof coins more than he likes MS grades. He did not like UC grades at all, and while he liked AU graded coins , he could not say that he really loved them ?.

Here is why:
A does not work because it is stated that he likes MS grades and does not like UC at all, therefore the opposite would be true
B does not work because there is no comparison between the level of like from MS to AU (as is stated he "likes" each but not "loves" them)
C does not work because he "loves" Proof coins not "likes" them (although logically if you start a statement on a false premise then the conclusion can be assumed true)
D does not work because he does not like UC coins (see C for assumed true)
Just my two cents.

I also think that answer "C" is the correct deduction.
