New Indian Head Cent Overdate

I discovered a 1906 overdate of all 4 numbers with a large shift in 1 number and strong features in 2. I had it certified by SEGS. It is not in any error/variety book. I wrote to Snow but he did not answer. I would like to get recognition for finding it.

I recently found a new variety of 1944 DDO cent and posted the pictures which in turn helped others direct me where to send them for final attribution.
