Does anyone if you can request a non-laminated blank checklist sheet instead of having them fill out for you with your order?

    Good question. I've dealt with them before and they were more than happy to answer my numerous questions. They were very flexible with my checklist.

    What's the size of the checklist? I'm wondering if it will fit through my printer.

    The Checklists can be ordered separately and fit inside the top cover of the box. Not sure about getting them
    non-laminated though.. Good Luck

    Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, we would be happy to ship you a non-laminated blank checklist sheet. The price is $9.95 and sheets are 11x17 to accommodate two checklists (8.5"x11") on each side.
