Help calculating turn around time

I submitted a set of coins for crossover through the 15-day service. They were logged as received on April 11th. That is a Monday. If I include that day, today is day 15. No grades. Does the day logged as received count as day one or day zero?

This is kind of like "Go on the count of 3". Does that mean 1, 2, 3, then go? Or is it 1,2, and go on 3?

Unless I am mistaken, Today is day 14. That gives them until Monday...for 15 working days, not including any show time if there was any.
