Proof or Business??

I am new to the forum and CU and I am looking for some help on this two cent piece. What do you think it will grade and is it a proof or not? I have tried comparing it to proof pics and MS pics and it looks more proof than MS but it was bought as being MS off ebay. Thanks for your help in advance.

I was able to view but not upload the obverse image. It looks to be a cleaned busines strike, not a Proof.

Please tell us the Ebay item number and we can check it out that way.
