I know the #1 and #2 sets are only .01 apart, but FIFETEEN to TWENTY TIMES SMR?!?!?! Were are talking about $55,000 for three PSA 9s that book for a few thousand TOTAL.

This is nucking futs.

    That is insane. No matter how wealthy these collectors are, surely there must be something more worthwhile to do with their money.

    I have a feeling that down the road they will look back and regret trying so hard to achieve that number one position.

    I'd much rather have the Goudey sheets in the Robert Edward auction than those. Or the #61 Gehrig they sold on their homepage image

    I have a feeling that the $ is chump change to these guys. Which humbles me to no end! That's one of the reasons I don't get caught up in the registry competition which is natural and ez to do.

    I remember seeing some ridiculous obscene money paid for some stuff in SCD that made me think some people have more money than brains but wait a minute - thats what MY wife thinks about me! image

    Is this a great hobby or what!!!
