Is this just a bad scan, or is the black around the "Baltimore" and the "Orioles" really that snowy?

    It's not just the snow...three corners and the bottom edge are all pretty beat up, too. Ugly, ugly card.

    Wow....I should get some of my 7's regraded........they should become 11's compared to that one.
