for those of you with coins at NGC.............

I spoke to customer service today about why my value World "10 day" submission is still listed as "received 4/08". Was told that hey are 16!! days behind. That means my 10 day submission is now a "26" day submission!!image

I think that they gave you a best case scenario...they've been running 2-3 weeks behind lately, but may have picked it up if they hired some of the employees that they have been advertising for.

I'm not sure I like the idea of overworked, pissed off graders working on my coins!

My last NGC 10 day submission was more like 25 days. My 5 day submission to ICG was 8 days. I have a submission in at PCGS, I'm hoping by Christmas.

My NGC submissions for whatever reason are always around 25-30 days and I can live with that. My most recent ICG submission has not fared well from any perspective and it is doubtful that I will use them again.
