Why are pre-1916 proofs.....

Dennis88Dennis88 Posts: 5,797 ✭✭✭
Easier to keep in good grade then proofs after 1936, and especially those made after 1950? I've only got one pre 1916 proof (1C 1906 PCGS PR64RB in a rattler holder), and it's IMHO much easier to keep than some of my older proofs....

Why is that? Or is it just me?

what in the heck are you talking about, boy? image

do you mean, "not sell" or do you mean "keep in the condition they're in"?

You mean easier to keep in your collection and not sell?

I think he means their state of preservation considering they don't have mirror fields...and that's the reason - they don't have mirror fields.
