Guess the Grade?????

Hi All,
The 4 images are the same coin taken under different lighting condition from sunlight. You may try and view it in "medium" size to get a sense of the condition as the large size pickup mcuh more than real life.
Can anyone have a go at guessing the grade on the double eagle?

<< <i>MS61/MS62 Too marked up for an MS63 on the reverse and there are some pretty prominent hits on the obverse. Luster looks a bit funny also. >>
The first pics shows the reverse more accurately, the last pics throws up the marking more than it should. Generally the reverse is better than the obverse.

My double eagle looked a bit more attractive than this and less lusture breakage, the reverse is better strike than the Heritage example if you compare the 9 stars but Heritage has fewer digs.
No way is that coin a 63. The hits on the cheek and chin are way too deep. I'm thinking MS61.

Shimika, would you agree this one is an MS61 too?

This is a PCGS MS64
What does others think, is this coin about the same grade as mine, better or worse?
