Question about die marks- No-not a new variety.

Just a question for someone who might have an idea what caused these marks on this 95 Lincoln. They do not look random, but almost repetitive. They are really obvious with the coin in hand. It is not a clash (at least I do not see that), but what could it be? Damage from the feeding prongs??? And no, I do not think this is the next super duper new variety.
Some coins are just plain "Interesting"
