Either I'm drunk or confused (or both)

Here's my American Beauties set.
It's a 24 card set.
I have 23 of the cards:
two 9s
three 9 o/cs
eight 8s
seven 7s
three 6s
total of 170 points.
The set is not weighted.

How does that compute to a 7.43 GPA with 7.13 set rating????

    Steve, try again.
    170 divided by 23 = 7.39.
    171 divided by 23 = 7.43.
    ???!!!

Edited to add: okay, Steve. thanks for trying again!
    WTF?

My numbers agree with your numbers MorrellMan.

So I checked out the numbers on 4 of the other American Beauties sets listed,
both complete and incomplete, and with OC cards and without, and all the other math was good.

You're the only one getting some sort of bonus percentage points.
Must just be a rounding error that only occurs with certain numbers.

I'm already confused. I'll try getting drunk and see if it makes any more sense that way ... image

MM: I can't make the math work, either. But I looked at your cards, and I will say this: Yowzaa!!!

  • it looks like one of your 9OC's is being counted as an 8 while the other two are counted as 7's. image
