To crack or not to crack?

I have a gold $20 liberty its in a SEGS holder and I know the feeling because SEGS are not very well rated, the coin is lightly cleaned as mentioned in the holder which is unfortunate. Now should I crack this out and submit it as raw with the possibility of BB by PCGS, submit it to ANACS which net grade it to something like an MS60, crack it out and let the surface age over for a few years then submit it to PCGS or leave it in its holder?

I would trust what ANACs has to say about the coin over SEGS. I've dealt with SEGS directly & they seem like they're on another planet.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

Why would you spend the time and money to try to get a coin which you already know is cleaned into another holder?
First, it might be more heavily cleaned than you realize and not be holdered by another grading company. Second, you already know it's cleaned - what difference would it make if you got it (net) graded in another holder anyway? If you like it, keep it as is, and if you don't like it get rid of it. Don't waste money trying to cross it.
I have seen coins lightly cleaned just like this in PCGS holder, its not heavily cleaned and I know it, more like its been dipped more than it should be because there is no cleaning hairlines. Now I aint sure if leaving dipped or lightly cleaned coins for a few years the natural ageing will restore it to a point that I am confident it wont BB or net grade.
